During this phase your browser screen may go blank. Please be patient! If it does not register after 4-5 minutes, email us at web@vision4life.org.uk with all the details you have entered, and we will check for you or sign you up manually.

• Please only place ONE church per form and do not add other comments other than the name of the church. If you have a second church in a group pastorate to register, please do so separately.
• Please use capitals and lower case correctly! i.e Capitals at beginning of names but DO NOT use capitals throughout

You can sign up anytime! If you are only just catching up or haven’t had a chance to make the decision yet, please still sign up – this remains open throughout the year.

Please Note – If you wish to register for the forums, this is a separate registration process for individuals to contribute their thoughts and comments and exchange discussions about V4L. Registering for forums does not mean you are signed-up/registered as a church participating in Vision4Life
